I’ve been selling real estate in the Denver metro market for over 34 years. I have experienced both buyers and sellers markets and worked with individuals and families in good times and bad. Today’s technology has made searching properties easier yet fundamental things remain the same. You still need to go out and physically see the property and others in the same price range and there is no substitute for seeing it and visualizing it for yourself.  This is a referral business and there is no finer compliment I can receive than referrals from satisfied customers and friends.

To me an agent is a trusted adviser who is part of every phase of the transaction. My knowledge comes form years of experience working with clients both large and small and treating them all with the dignity and respect they deserve. I continue to work with clients like Wells Fargo Bank, serving their Trust Department for over 23 years; Arapahoe County District Court for over 10 years, helping to sell properties that are in the process of divorce, and have handled relocation for companies like State Farm, Charles Schwab, and others.

Aside from real estate my passion includes Dahn Yoga and Tai Chi, a practice I have been doing daily for the past 7 years. In addition, I was trained as a classical musician and am a graduate of the Eastman school of Music. While at Eastman I played extra for the Rochester Philharmonic, The Army Band in Washington D.C., and theaters in Massachusetts and Philadelphia. Upon moving to Colorado, I played extra with the Denver Symphony Orchestra in the early 70’s. I have a loving wife and family and six grandkids that give me great joy. I feel very fortunate and grateful for all that I have.
